慢性低氧及跑台训练对大鼠骨骼肌肌球蛋白重链(MHC)亚型基因表达的影响 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
为研究慢性低氧及跑台训练对大鼠骨骼肌肌球蛋白重链(MHC)亚型基因表达的影响,对揭示肌肉收缩蛋白性能的变化机制具有特定的意义.取健康SD雄性大鼠28只,随机分成4组进行试验,采用半定量反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法,测定骨骼肌MHC Ⅰ、Ⅱa、Ⅱx、Ⅱb四种亚型的mRNA基因表达.结果表明:与常氧对照组(C)相比,HC及NT组MHC各亚型mRNA表达量总体呈上升趋势(P<0.05),仅仅低氧训练组(HT)MHC-Ⅱa亚型mRNA表达量明显下降(P<0.05);另一方面,MHC各亚型mRNA所占百分比分析显示,慢性低氧能导致MHC亚型mRNA表达出现"由慢到快"变化趋势.另外,慢Ⅰ型百分比并未受慢性低氧及训练的影响. 相似文献

旨在采用免疫印迹等方法观察大负荷运动后人体骨骼肌肌球蛋白的变化。6名男性受试分为安静组和运动组,每组3人,实验组受试进行大负荷运动。结果显示:在运动组实验对象股外肌抽提液转移印迹图谱上出现大量新的条带,分子量范围为97.4~200 kdal,说明大负荷运动后股外侧肌肌球蛋白发生变化。 相似文献

肌球蛋白作为骨骼肌纤维内主要的收缩蛋白和调节蛋白,对于骨骼肌纤维的收缩特性起重要作用,肌球蛋白重链是肌球蛋白重要组成,它有多种亚型表达,不同亚型收缩特性存在显著差异,研究发现,当外界刺激条件变化时,骨骼肌纤维肌球蛋白重链亚型组成可以改变,骨骼肌纤维收缩特性在肌球蛋白重链组成改变时发生显著变化,因此,研究不同运动条件下骨骼肌纤维肌球蛋白重链组成的变化对于深刻理解运动影响骨骼肌收缩性能具有重要意义。 相似文献

Aim of present study was to compare the adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity in various types of arthritis conditions with synovial
effusion. No. significant difference was observed in ADA activity in serum of control and study groups but results have shown
a definite pattern of ADA activity in synovial fluid in various arthritic conditions. The highest value of ADA activity was
observed in synovial fluid of patients with tubercular arthritis followed by rheumatoid, septic, osteo and post traumatic
arthritis. Thus measurement of ADA activity in synovial fluid can be used as a parameter of differential diagnosis of arthritis

分离提纯小麦、水稻和玉米3种植物叶绿体的类囊体上的偶联因子CF1。利用分光光度法测定其酶促反应生成的无机磷的含量。得出小麦、水稻和玉米的偶联因子CF1的ATP酶活力分别为:333.9μmol(P)&;#183;(mg(ch1)&;#183;h)^-1,358.4μmol(P)&;#183;(mg(ch1)&;#183;h)^-1和485.1μmol(P)&;#183;(mg(ch1)&;#183;h)^-1.结果表明小麦、水稻和玉米3种植物叶绿体中偶联因子CF1的ATP酶的活性强弱不同。但小麦和水稻之间的酶活性差别较小。而两者与玉米之间的差别非常显著。 相似文献

We designed an interrupted case study to teach aerobic cellular respiration to major and
nonmajor biology students. The case is based loosely on a real-life incident of rotenone
poisoning. It places students in the role of a coroner who must determine the cause of
death of the victim. The case is presented to the students in four parts. Each part is
followed by discussion questions that the students answer in small groups prior to a
classwide discussion. Successive parts of the case provide additional clues to the mystery
and help the students focus on the physiological processes involved in aerobic
respiration. Students learn the information required to solve the mystery by reading the
course textbook prior to class, listening to short lectures interspersed throughout the
case, and discussing the case in small groups. The case ends with small group discussions
in which the students are given the names and specific molecular targets of other poisons
of aerobic respiration and asked to determine which process (i.e., glycolysis, citric acid
cycle, or the electron transport chain) the toxin disrupts. 相似文献

Abstract The aim of this study was to examine the deltoid muscle properties of the dominant and non-dominant arm of Greek professional male tennis players. Eight male tennis players (mean age 22.0 years, s = 3.2) were subjected to biopsy of the deltoid muscle of both arms. Adenosine triphosphate (ATPase) histochemistry and myosin heavy chain (MHC) composition were performed on the samples with homogenate electrophoresis. No significant differences were observed in the percentage of types I, IIa, IIab, and IIb muscle fibres between the deltoid muscles of the two arms. Types I, IIa, and IIx muscle fibres of the dominant and non-dominant deltoid muscles did not differ significantly for MHC isoform composition. Type IIab muscle fibres showed a similar cross-sectional area (CSA) percentage distribution between the two arms. The CSA percentage for types I, IIa, and IIb muscle fibers did not differ significantly between the dominant and the non-dominant arm. We conclude therefore that regular tennis training probably does not lead to any significant changes in the muscle fibre types of the dominant and non-dominant arms of elite tennis players. 相似文献

ABSTRACT The purpose of the present study was to compare the myosin heavy chain (MHC) isoform composition of the deltoid and vastus lateralis muscles of the dominant and non-dominant limbs in handball players. Eleven male Greek elite handball players (age 22.6 ± 1.9 yrs, training experience 10.6 ± 2.1 yrs, height 184.1 ± 4.1 cm, and weight 81.0 ± 12.5 kg) participated in the study. Four muscle biopsies were obtained from the dominant and non-dominant deltoid and vastus lateralis muscles during the in-season period. The MHC composition was determined using SDS-PAGE. No significant difference was found between the dominant and non-dominant muscles; Deltoid muscle: MHC I [(95%CI = ?1.22, 0.33), P = 0.228], MHC ΙΙa [(95%CI = ?0.32, 1.59), P = 0.168] and MHC IIx [(95%CI = ?1.49, 1.10), P = 0.749]; Vastus lateralis muscle: MHC I [(95%CI = ?0.38, 0.63), P = 0.586], MHC ΙΙa [(95%CI = ?0.50, 0.65), P = 0.783] and MHC IIx [(95%CI = ?1.08, 0.42), P = 0.355]. The findings of the present study indicate that the greater use of the dominant limbs for throwing actions and body movements in handball do not lead to altered MHC isoform composition compared to the non-dominant limbs. 相似文献

本文观察运动和不运动组小白鼠骨骼肌收缩蛋白含量,Mg—ATPase 活性以及对 Ca~(2+)感受性的生理特性。我们发现:运动不仅可以使骨骼肌收缩蛋白含量增加,而且活性化高的蛋白同时合成,肌动蛋白和肌球蛋白的相互收缩反应说明运动可使骨骼肌对 Ca~(2+)的感受性明显改善,肌动球蛋白 Mg—ATPase 的活性增高。结果表明:骨骼肌收缩蛋白在质和量的变化,可能是由肌动球蛋白 Mg—ATPase 的活性增高而引起。 相似文献

骨骼肌的发展水平是受收缩蛋白合成与分解的影响,本文以小白鼠为对象研究表明运动刺激能使骨骼肌活性化高的收缩蛋白合成,同时在量上明显增加。肌动蛋白和肌球蛋白的相互收缩反应说明运动刺激可以使骨骼肌对Ca离子感受性生理机能得到明显改善,肌动球蛋白Mg-ATP_(ase°)的活性随Ca离子浓度增加而升高,表明骨骼肌收缩蛋白在质和量的变化,可能是肌动球蛋白Mg-ATP_(ase°)的活性增高而引起。 相似文献
